MARKET PICKUP POLICY
Use code MARKETPICKUP at checkout and ensure you put in the notes section the date and market you plan to pick your order up from. We will then email the address provided when the order was placed to confirm the pick up date and market.
Market pick up orders must be collected during the specified market hours on your selected date. If you are unable to collect your order, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we can arrange postage as soon as possible. You will receive an invoice for payment of the postage.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order as this is the email we will use to confirm pick up.
By using this code at checkout means you understand and agree to this Market Pickup Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify orders at our discretion.
PICKUP AUTHORISATION
To ensure a smooth and secure collection, please bring your order number and a valid photo ID so we can confirm the name and address on the order. For security reasons, the order must be collected by the person who placed it.
MARKET CANCELLATION
In the event the market is cancelled due to weather, organiser decisions, or circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange an alternative pickup date or postage. Please note that we do not provide refunds in the event that a market is cancelled and is at the buyers' sole discretion when making a purchase.
