Refund policy

Please read the description of the item(s) you wish to purchase before checkout. Cottageberry Studio will not be responsible for buyers who do not read the product descriptions, terms of service, or shop policies before purchasing.

Please email us within 30 days of purchase if there is an issue with your order and I will be happy to discuss.  

Refunds 
Due to the nature of the product we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.  However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please email us at cottageberrystudio@gmail.com and include the following:

  • Name and Order Number
  • A clear photo of the issue/damage

We will then review and endeavour to arrange a solution.  Please note that if a refund is provided at our discretion, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a 5% processing fee charge, which covers the fees charged by Shopify to process your order.

Change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you no longer want the item.

Custom or personalised orders
Custom-made items cannot be refunded for change of mind.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered at our discretion and are subject to item availability. Return postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return postage
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is required for a faulty item, we will cover the cost of return postage.
