Shipping policy

Each order is carefully packed and shipped with love from our studio.

Processing time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. During collection launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping within Australia
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times (once shipped):
• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days

International shipping
International orders are sent via Australia Post International. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 10–21 business days. Please note that customs delays are outside of our control.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If your order is returned to us, additional postage will be required to resend it.

Lost or delayed parcels
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry.
